Account Application Policy

Mydigimall India Private Limited

Purpose

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for creating a Distributor & Franchise account with Mydigimall India Private Limited. By applying for an account, users agree to comply with the following terms.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a resident of India with valid government-issued ID.
• One account per individual is permitted. Duplicate or fake accounts will be deactivated.

Account Creation Process

1. Online Application:
   Visit www.mydigimall.com and complete the account registration form with accurate personal and contact details.
2. Verification:
   • A valid mobile number and email ID are required.
   • An OTP-based verification will be carried out.
   • PAN/Aadhaar may be requested for identity validation.
3. Activation:
   • Upon submission, accounts are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
   • Activation requires a one-time purchase of an activation package (₹5,000 + GST).
   • Sponsor ID (referrer) must be submitted for referral tracking.

Responsibilities of Account Holders

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate personal information.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Abide by company rules and code of conduct.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and ethical selling.

Termination of Account

Mydigimall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Violation of company policy or direct-selling code of ethics
• Inactivity beyond 6 months (repurchase and login)
